Greetings, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical counselor licensed in the state of California. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction, familial / relationship issues, emotional and physical abuse, Grief and trauma-related issues, substance abuse, parenting problems, impulsivity, self-esteem issues, and OCD. My counseling style is warm and supportive. I believe in meeting anyone where they are at in the journey of healing. I work with a diverse population and believe strongly in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, Narrative, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused counseling. I will customize our dialog, and compose goals and a treatment plan to meet your individual and specific needs. It takes courage to seek healing and change for a more fulfilling and happier life.
