Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland who has been in the behavioral health field for over 10 years. I have had the opportunity to work in many different areas of the mental health field as well as with many different populations. I have worked with children, families and individuals coping with parenting problems, stress, depression, anxiety and phobias. I am a veteran spouse and have insight into the many challenges military families may face as well.

My style is very warm and open and it is important to me that you feel you have a comfortable and safe place to share your thoughts, feelings and challenges. I see myself as a navigator who will help guide you to the tools you likely already have and will help you develop them further. I strongly believe everyone has their own strengths and sometimes just need some help accessing them.

Realizing some additional support is needed is a very big step and the right one to living your best life. I hope to help you on your journey in getting there!
