I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Illinois with over 7 years of experience working multiple roles, but my most experience is with mothers and children. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, parenting problems, child development/behavior problems, and career challenges. I have also worked with young adults who are needing more of a life coach.

My therapy style is warm and judgement free. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. When working with a client the most important thing for me is to build a relationship so that clients feel comfortable talking with me. Therapy doesn’t have to, and shouldn’t be scary! My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and strengths-based techniques. I will tailor our talks and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
