I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist with over 20 years of practical, clinical experience working with a broad population including children, teens, adults and families. I don’t believe that “one size fits all” so we will…together…work on your individualized goals. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, grief or just life itself…I’m here to help you grow to reach your full potential. No one has all the answers but…together…we can help you find yours. If you’re interested in Adventure Therapy which is a therapeutic technique that pushes the boundaries of traditional in-office therapy, we can discuss incorporating it into future sessions.
