I am licensed in Connecticut with 26 years of professional work experience in the public schools, universities and in private practice. I am highly experienced in helping clients cope with stress and anxiety, embody peace and resolve to family & relationship issues, practice self-compassion with grief and loss, & offer a realistic connection for parenting issues. Together with safety, acceptance and deep listening we will bring awareness to your experiences, your feelings and your needs to help you connect with your authentic Self. I believe the healing process takes courage, faith, trust and intention and it is a great honor to guide you to connect with your own power and abundance. Through body-centered gestalt psychotherapy and mindfulness we will integrate spirituality and psychology to deepen your connection with your Self and find your own Fullness to have more joy, love, peace, abundance and freedom in your life.
