I believe we often get stuck in old expectations we hold for ourselves, and in expectations others have set for us. In our work together, I am passionate about helping you uncover the truest version of yourself. The version of you who is excited about life, relationships, work, and most important - excited to keep showing up for yourself. We will identify what’s not working and reshape it, while building up more of what HAS worked for you. Through collaboration and direct approaches, I am excited to help you write the next chapter of your life.

I graduated from Alma College where I studied Psychology and played Soccer. I then went on to attend Central Michigan University to obtain my Masters in Professional Counseling.

​I am originally from Michigan and recently moved to Colorado to be able to pursue my passion for adventure! I enjoy sports, reading and spending time in nature with my dog Luci
