About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I specialize in providing mental health and substance use related therapy. I work with adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and substance use. I come from a strength-based, solution focused and person centered approach with clients' goals in mind. I work from psycho-dynamic, DBT, CBT, and 12 step facilitation theoretical frameworks. My interests include mindfulness based stress reduction, meditation, physical and mental health concerns.

My ideal client would be dealing either directly or indirectly with substance use/addiction and/or one or more of the following mental health conditions: mood disorders, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss issues, identity issues, and pandemic related adjustment concerns.
