About
Are you a woman that has recently experienced loss and heartache, and is struggling to pick up the pieces of your heart and your life? Do you feel like you are "called" to more; however, feel like you are "stuck" or in a transition where you are unclear about your identity, purpose, and path? Hi, I am Kelisha and I am passionate about empowering, equipping, and encouraging women to walk in the fullness of healing, breakthrough, and transformation. I am both a healer by the book and of the heart and I infuse my clinical skills, intuition, and wisdom to guide women in the many seasons and transitions of their lives. Together, we will tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs so that you can leave the session experiencing change and growth from the inside out. In therapy, we will use a whole self approach, addressing the unique needs of your body, mind, and spirit. In our sessions, we will integrate somatic and psychodynamic work, spirituality, cognitive behavioral tools, and narrative work as a way of honoring your unique and personal journey of self. We will draw from your unique strengths and gifts so that you can heal and grow and move more fully toward your full, authentic, and integrated self. During our time together, you will be met with compassion, grace, and acceptance, as well as a well-deserved space to heal, grow, and change. Thank you for being here. I am honored to take part in this leg of your journey of healing and transformation. It takes courage and strength to say yes, and I can't imagine what it took to bring you here--to this moment. If you are willing and ready, I am here to partner with you in your next steps toward change. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
