I am licensed in Louisiana with 3 years of licensed professional experience, and 7 years in the field of mental health. I have experience in helping clients with identity, stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I utilize person-centered and eclectic techniques, often rooted in acceptance and commitment and cognitive behavioral therapies. I approach life from a holistic standpoint, centered on the balance of mental, physical, and emotional well-being and working in congruence with you.
