Welcome to Grow Therapy! I am a social worker at heart. Mental health encompasses the way we live, laugh and love. You will have the opportunity to explore your sense of self, others, and the world. You can learn how to embrace the moment and break the cycle that is getting in the way of your full potential. Therapy can help you deal with ambivalence, overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck and other stressful situations. Common things addressed during sessions include overthinking, mood challenges, dealing with stress, motivation, self-esteem and the change process. Pain, disappointments, and hardships are inevitable. Every day offers you a chance to renew your mind. We will aim to strengthen protective factors as you make positive changes to feel and be better. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
