Hi : ) People experiencing emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, self-esteem and other mental and emotional health concerns can feel that it makes life more difficult. My care philosophy involves using the body and verbally processing to identify and regulate emotions. Healing and re-learning is difficult, but possible with care, buildable tools, insights and brave action.
