I do my best to create a positive and enriching environment for people to grow into the best version of themselves. For over a decade, I have treated a wide range of emotional challenges that can make life difficult in today’s modern world including but not limited to substance use, anxiety, depression, and grief in both individual and group settings. Additionally, I have experience working with professionals with substance use and professional difficulties and, therefore, understand the sensitive and complex nature of these situations.
