My expertise lies in supporting adults navigating life transitions and empowering women to prioritize self-care amid life's myriad responsibilities. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and teens, 15 years or older. Adolescents, in particular, benefit from a judgment-free space to discuss challenging issues without fear of repercussions. For adults in long term recovery in AA and NA seeking external support, I provide a listening ear and practical guidance, incorporating the principals of the steps into our collaborative work.
