Choosing a therapist can be a tough decision, so congratulations on taking this first step! My personal goal is to assist you or loved one in reaching goals as well as fulfilling potential in general. You all will receive quality counseling in a positive, non-judgmental, and therapeutic environment, which will be catered to your specific needs.

I have a passion for counseling adults of all ages with various presenting issues. I use a wide range of techniques such as cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and feminism approaches to therapy. Children (and some adults too!) enjoy the utilization of play therapy techniques, therefore those may be used as well.
