I am a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist License#132695) serving the California population. I graduated from UC Riverside with a B.A in Psychology, and obtained a M.A in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have over 9 years of experience in the mental health field and have a wide variety of experience serving individuals with different mental health struggles. I provide evidence-based treatment that centers around client strengths and resiliency. I utilize modalities that include: Cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, client-centered/humanistic therapy, and more. Some of my specialties are: Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Substance use struggles, Trauma, Stress, and Self-esteem. While I have worked with many clients, I know no two individuals or struggles are the same, and can assist you in finding what will work for you.
