I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been working in various settings for the past 10 years. I have worked with a variety of issues, such as addiction, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and trauma.
I view counseling as process of personal growth and I am there to assist you on that journey. My goal is to provide you with an outlet to work through stressors and assist in identifying the barriers that could be keeping you from living a healthy, happy life. I have a flexible approach in order to address the specific issues that are going on in your life. I have experience working with women, men, children, couples and families.
