My approach is kind, down to earth, and non-judgemental. I use empathy, compassion and insight as well as my education and training to guide your healing process. I am strongly influenced by mindfulness practices and the “Heath At Every Size”
approach. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have specialized training to treat mood and anxiety disorders occurring during pregnancy and the postpartum time. I work well with women in addressing all the unique issues we face.
