Hi, my name is Kayla and I am a Resident in Counseling and have additional certifications in anxiety (CAIP) and trauma (CTP). I strive to provide clients with a safe, empathetic space to process their struggles. Together, we will work to form coping skills that best suite your needs, practice challenging distressing thoughts, and set personal goals. I use a person centered modality, as I believe that each individual's experience is unique and that you are the expert in your own life.
