I deeply believe that we all have the ability to heal the pieces of us that have been wounded by the world. Unfortunately the weight of depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use often make us feel hopeless and helpless. Let us work together to identify what is holding you back from engaging in a deeply fulfilling life. Let’s work together to overcome these obstacles. I believe that each one of us has the capacity to thrive, not just survive life.
As a therapist I provide a safe place for emotional expression, with caring, honest feedback. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatment models as well as creative techniques including movement and expressive arts therapy. I have a unique background that includes working as a Wilderness Therapist and a Dance/Movement Therapist.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety and trauma history. I look forward to meeting with you and leaning in to the difficult and rewarding work we can explore together.
