I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 5 years of experience working as a client centered psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns specializing those navigating recovery and active addiction, career growth, and relationship concerns.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe therapy is an opportunity to work together and form goals and coping skills to see desired changes, create self acceptance and process life events. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels, minimizing emotions or self-worth, in or out of session. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused, and narrative therapy. I believe your situation is as unique as you, by spending time sharing and forming a deeper connection to self and others we can have more fulfilling bonds that mirror current goals.
