Together we can discover ways that increase your ability to cope with life stressors, life transitions, relationships, trauma, or substance use. I specialize in working with individuals who have found it difficult to manage their anxious, depressive, bipolar, OCD, ptsd, and substance use challenges . I love incorporating multiple treatment modalities including art therapy, mindfulness, and music therapy to ensure your treatment is specific designed to help with your identified goals.
