I am licensed in South Carolina with 3 years of post-grad professional work experience. I have extensive experience working with people with trauma histories, anxiety, depression, low motivation, and low self-esteem. I believe in treating everyone from a holistic lens, focusing on mind, body, and spirit, and hold the utmost respect for my clients.

My treatment approach includes using skills building to manage emotions and improve communication, as well as exploring and healing present and past life situations that have contributed to patterns of distress or problematic behaviors.
