I am licensed in Massachusetts with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I am certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, an approach that is proven effective for those that have experienced trauma. I have worked for many years with children, teens and their families to support through challenges. I currently work with teens in the middle school setting. Teens have so much hope and resilience. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
