I am licensed in Arizona with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes strength. I am here to support you in that process. I have experiencing in using Behavioral Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Brief-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT [trauma focused]), and other helpful modalities and methods.
