Hello! I am so glad that you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a client centered approach to therapy. I focus on collaborating with clients and meeting them where they are in their journey. Using a strength-based trauma informed approach to therapy, I work with clients to find and master skills that can help make life a little better.
I believe that the most important indicator of success in therapy is the client/therapist relationship. I focus on ensuring that clients feel heard and respected, working to build a foundation of trust, and believe that everyone brings their own story and experiences. I believe that YOU are the expert on you and your needs, so I will let you set the pace for counseling. I will encourage you to grow, but will never push you more than you are ready for. It takes a lot of courage to begin your therapy journey and I am proud of you for taking the first step!

I work with a wide variety of clients. My experience includes working with adults with a mental illness, or co-occurring disorder, children and families, as well as the foster system. My expertise includes relationship and individual problems, depression and anxiety issues, trauma response disorders, abuse/abusive relationships, codependency, stress, as well as family and parenting concerns.
