About
You may be here because you are at crossroads in life and are not sure which direction to take or you may feel stuck because the path ahead is not clear. You might be trying to reason why you are in this place right now, but the more you reason, the less you understand and worry about your future. You may have experienced the loss of a loved one or pet and are trying to rediscover where you belong in the world. You might ask yourself “What if?” instead of believing that you could make your personal or professional dreams a reality. Maybe you feel misunderstood by those close to you and fear losing them due to anger standing in your way when it is related to another root cause that cultivates an anger response. Do you wonder what your life would look like if these hurdles did not stand in the way? In our journey, you will get to set the pace at which we travel. I will guide you in discovering the roots of your core beliefs, how it affects how you feel and the role it plays in your daily actions. With this knowledge, you will learn about your authentic self so you can live the life you most desire. In my past 6 years as an independently licensed counselor, I witnessed my clients grow into confident and self-motivated individuals. Their transformation happened because they hungered for change, developed self-awareness, recognized what issues served as barriers to their success, and celebrated their successes defined by their terms. They developed insights about themselves which was the initial step that set them on the path to change. After we worked together implementing the practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and elements of Solution Focused Therapy, my clients as well as their loved ones were able to recognize changes within themselves.
