About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana with over ten years of experience working in the mental health field. I received my bachelor’s degree from Montana State University in 2011 and my Master’s degree from the University of Montana’s Counselor Education program in 2014.

My treatment approach is strength-based and client-centered. I incorporate cognitive behavioral and attachment-based interventions, while taking into consideration the unique needs of my clients. I provide an empathetic and supportive environment where clients can feel understood and valued without judgment.

As your counselor I can help you to navigate life’s challenges by empowering you with the tools you need to live as your authentic self. I emphasize the importance of mindfulness, communication and connection while addressing internal feelings of shame, anxiety and other areas that may be causing your distress. Together, we will identify and explore obstacles and set goals to help you to work towards positive, lifelong changes.
