I am a licensed counselor in Tennessee with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, life transitions, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and encouraging. I believe that you deserve respect for seeking help and simply for your own value. We all need people to walk through life with us at different times, and it is my privilege to do that with other people. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and emotion-focused techniques, but I individualize treatment for each client based on personality, strengths, and circumstances.
