Katy works with individuals and couples to help them accept and understand themselves more deeply, so they can love each other better. She is an attachment based therapist with a background in wilderness therapy and hypnotherapy. Katy has worked in residential and outpatient treatment centers, with people with eating disorders, addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues of all kinds. She is an LGBTQ+ ally and is passionate about helping people connect to their authentic selves, feel more free to create what they want, and live from their center while integrating their myriad of inner parts.
