HI there! First off, I applaud your bravery on taking a step to better mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor practicing in Montana since in 2002. I have experience counseling adults, teenagers and children in many different settings such as private practice, inpatient hospital setting and in a primary care medical clinic. My first priority is to meet the client in their reality. As a result, I do not have any personal agenda and I will use the best therapeutic modality that helps the client. I have a few approaches to psychotherapy that I feel most comfortable engaging in and they are cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, behavior therapy and mindfulness therapy.

I have had the honor of helping patients suffering from depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, trauma, disordered eating, relationship problems, work stress, parenting difficulties, and general life balance questions. I look forward to hearing from you and accompanying you on your journey to mental wellness.
