My name is Kay and I am a licensed clinical social worker and marriage family therapist with a passion for providing compassionate integrated behavioral health. I specialize in the area of women's health, chronic pain management, depression, anxiety, prolonged trauma and grief therapy. I believe our thoughts drive our behavior, so in my practice, we focus on cognitive-behavior modalities, along with trauma-informed care.
