Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical social Worker(LCSW) based in Illinois but also licensed in Utah. I received my Masters from Aurora University and have been practicing for 30 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and stress to become the best versions of themselves.I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care.
