About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I have a master's in clinical mental health counseling and I am currently working on obtaining my doctorate in counselor education and supervision. I am passionate and furthering my education and I am constantly wanting to learn.
My treatment approach is warm and empathetic. My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy because I believe that if you can change the way that you think, you can change the way that you feel. As a counselor, I am open and non-judgmental. I have experience working with adults individually, couples counseling, and marriage counseling. I have a lot of experience working with individuals that suffer from depression and anxiety.
