I’m often asked about the origin of my practice’s name. It is actually quite simple. When developing a practice that fit my vision for guiding clients through life’s difficulties, I thought of my primary focus of being a support to others. In truth, I want you to feel safe and comfortable when sharing your experiences. I want you to breathe easy knowing that you are in a judgment-free space. I care, and together we can create a healthy therapeutic relationship that promotes healing. Being a therapist for me is where my heart resides. I enjoy creating a space for my clients to process and learn ways to have a healthy quality of life. I often utilize my skills in educating and providing practical cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help others challenge negative thinking traps that produce suffering. We can’t change our past. We can learn to accept what was and create what we desire.
