I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide scope of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, substance abuse, OCD and ADHD. I also helped several individuals and families who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling approach is non-judgmental, fun-loving, and interactive. I believe in treating others with dignity, respect, thoughtfulness, and compassion, and I continue to educate the community about the mental health awareness. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, existential, psychodynamic, and integrative therapy. I will customize our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
