I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years (LPC). I have gained experience working with individuals from diverse cultures and populations; targeting stress management, coping, emotional recovery, confidence, trauma, depression, anxiety and PTSD. My population for services is adults (women; 26+; individuals).
My goal in counseling is to create a comfortable and trusting environment for clients to explore areas of their life which are challenging, and ineffective.
My counseling style is encouraging and motivating. I work with clients to increase self awareness, and encourage positive change.
