I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and owner of Grounded Minds Counseling, LLC. I graduated from a CACREP accredited program at Florida Gulf Coast University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I completed my undergraduate studies at William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I obtained my SMART Recovery certification as a SMART Recovery Facilitator in June 2016.

I am a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CCTMH), a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider (CCATP), and a Certified Addiction’s Informed Mental Health Provider (CAIMHP). I am trained in EMDR therapy and am a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner. I also received my Level III- Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapist Certification. I am affiliated with American Counseling Association, Florida Mental Health Counselors Association, and Gulfcoast Mental Health Counselors.

I have experience providing clinical counseling to adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors in both individual and group settings. My therapeutic approach is an eclectic one that utilizes evidenced based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.

I truly believe that one of the most important factors to the therapeutic process is the therapeutic relationship. I create a non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients can feel comfortable to open up and express what is on their mind. I have devoted my life to helping others end their suffering and begin to build a happy, healthier, life that they love.
