I have almost a decade of client care under my belt… case management, crisis work, residential treatment, hospital setting… you name it, I’ve probably done it! But being one on one in the outpatient setting is my absolute favorite place to be. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing my client peel back their most vulnerable layers and put their pieces back together, better than they were before! While I have experience with many issues/disorders, some of my niches are: trauma, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and codependency. I tend to favor Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Skills, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and most importantly, person - centered care. I work with humans 18 years of age and older. Proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
