I truly believe YOU are the greatest project you will ever work on. I am so glad you’re here. I work with individuals ages 11 through adults in individual, family, and group settings. Most of my experience is working with clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, self-esteem, and executive functioning. I graduated from the University of West Florida with my Masters in Social Work in 2014. I genuinely want to connect, support, and help people see life differently.
