Katie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Katie has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults individually, in groups, and in family therapy. Her therapeutic approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows clients to reestablish healthy thought patterns, restore healthy behaviors, and develop effective coping strategies to manage their concerns.
