My background includes working with individuals that need help with relationship issues, sexual issues, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My primary approach to treatment is integrating person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also integrate other modalities to fit the client's needs and treatment goals. I am committed to helping people learn how to solve their problems and live their healthiest lives. My work focuses on empowering my clients to manage their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
