Life is hard, mental health doesn’t have to be. Hello! My name is Katie Henson. I am a licensed mental health counselor here in Florida whom graduated with my Master of Science from Troy University. I’m currently trained in working with the family systems, children, adolescents and adults in generational trauma, life stressors, anxiety, life challenges, depression symptoms and womens issues (including pregnancy, post-partum and infertility struggles). I utilize a holistic, therapeutic focus with clients in the person centered and child centered focuses to allow the client the space to process at their pace and learn new thought patterns and healthy coping skills.
