I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I have 7+ years of experience working with all ages, and within a wide variety of problem areas including individual or family struggles, communication, anxiety, depression, trauma. and difficult life stressors (i.e., going/completing college, career changes, new relationships, or managing issues related to aging). .
