About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Minnesota with more than 16 years experience in the mental health field although I am newly licensed. I have spent the last 8 years specializing in early childhood, adolescent and parenting needs. I use a solution focused approach to walk along you in your journey while working to help overcome barriers along the way. I tend to use CBT, Psychodynamic, person centered approaches in our therapy to develop better cognitive and emotional skills to cope with life's challenges. You are the expert on your life and I hope to help you strive to be the best you while working through your journey. Most of my experience thus far is with diagnosis of anxiety, depression, trauma, evolving changes in life and stress.
