About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is licensed in Pennsylvania and has worked in the field for over 7 years with individuals, couples and families. I believe that connection is what we are all looking for. I have worked with both adolescents and adults in mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, and a variety of other things and helped to build the skills within to cope with whatever brought someone to therapy. I believe that we are all capable of coping more effectively and it begins with the first step and making positive connections.
I believe in meeting you wherever you are at, and letting you lead your own therapy. I specialize in epathetic talk therapy, solution focused therapy and EMDR therapy for trauma or to help you cope with things in a more positive way going forward.
I truly think that one of the bravest things that anyone can do is work on themselves. I am excited that you have decided to take this journey.
