I earned my master’s in counseling from Nicholls State University in May 2017. I was licensed by the Louisiana LPC board in 2019. I mainly use CBT and person centered techniques to help clients reach their goals. I have been working in mental health since 2015 and have worked with adults and children with issues such as anxiety, bipolar, depression, grief, and other issues.
