My name is Katie Crow (she/her), LISW-S, LCSW and I am the owner of MindWell Counseling, llc. I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist and hold my Masters degree in Social Work from The University of Akron. I originally began my career in the corporate HR world and after 10 years decided I wasn’t following my true passion. My passion is working with adults who are on a journey of self growth. I started MindWell Counseling, llc in 2022 because life has been more difficult over the past few years and wanted to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to express your thoughts, feelings and to be yourself. I believe each person has the ability to heal and my role is to provide you with support, feedback, education and therapeutic interventions so you can. I utilize a collaborative and strengths based approach to counseling and provide a warm, empathetic and compassionate environment (and maybe a little humor). Reaching out for counseling is courageous and the first step in the healing process. Whether this is your first time or 100th time in therapy, my objective is for you to achieve your goals.
