Hello, I'm Katie. Do you identify as neurodivergent or suspect you may be? Do you struggle with anxiety or some type of mood issue? If you answered "yes" to either question (or both!), then I might be the right therapist for you. Although I look fairly young, I have worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade (and still love it)! As a fellow neurodivergent person, I particularly enjoy helping ADHDers, Autistics, and AuDHDers who have co-occurring anxiety and depression learn to accept themselves and cope with the challenges of life they face. I take a person-centered, psychoeducational, and neurodiversity affirming approach, while sprinkling in some CBT and DBT as well. I genuinely love supporting people and helping them reach their full potential.
