I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California and received my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California (USC) with a concentration in Adult and Healthy Aging and earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a minor in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) . I have worked in the non-profit arena, as well as within the healthcare sector for many years. My experience is multifaceted through my work with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals dealing with anxiety, grief and loss, depression, trauma, child abuse, divorce, self-esteem issues, life adjustments, communication issues, comorbidity, anger management, domestic violence, parent-child relationships, chronic conditions and many more. My therapeutic style is eclectic with a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), symptom-targeted intervention (STI), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness among others, but will adjust it accordingly to each individual’s needs.
