My name is Katie Upton and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I have 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of issues including: depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, career conflict, addiction, and trauma. I am here to provide you with an inclusive, open, and non-judgmental experience in therapy. You are the expert in your own life!

My counseling style is one of collaboration, empathy, and honesty. Everyone has a unique story, and it is yours to tell! I come from a humanistic perspective utilizing solution focused techniques that will incorporate your strengths to help you reach your goals. I do not believe in labels or giving advice. We will work together to develop clear goals based on your desired outcomes, and sessions will be focused on your specific needs.
